SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

All orders are handled within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. A shipping notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

 

All shipping options include tracking.

We provide international shipping to most countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Veins Books is not responsible for these fees, and they are the customer's responsibility.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at veinsbooks@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. After your return request is confirmed, you have 5 days to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using tracked/recorded shipping. Any returns lost or damaged in transit are the customer’s responsibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at veinsbooks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide the return address.
